2) Make a Solid, Healthy Grocery List
The first step in meal prepping is making a good healthy grocery list. To make sure you're eating healthy, it's important that you only buy healthy food. If you have an unhealthy snack lying around, there's a good chance you'll eat it. So, make a grocery list of healthy foods and stick with it when shopping for groceries. These tips can help make meal prep easy.
