First, start off your day with a tall glass of water. Before you even get out of bed, begin with hydration. You can even purchase a bottle with measurements on the outside to help you track your progress – or make your own! But, water can also come in the form of fruit like watermelon, apples, oranges, etc. And you can even snack on ice chips or make your own fruit-infused frozen snacks for a cool, hydrating treat.

Stay refreshed and properly hydrated every day and you’ll definitely see the benefits to your body and your health. Make drinking water a lifelong daily habit and you’ll reap the rewards!
