OneShare Health Welcomes Kristie Geist as Chief Operating Officer

OneShare Health is proud to announce the appointment of Kristie Geist as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to the organization.

Kristie joins OneShare Health with extensive expertise in healthcare operations, organizational transformation, and strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale operational initiatives focused on improving patient access, strengthening organizational performance, and enhancing overall care experiences.

A Proven Leader in Healthcare Operations

Most recently, Kristie served as Senior Vice President at Village Medical, where she oversaw operations for 41 primary care clinics. During her tenure, she helped drive improvements in patient engagement, operational consistency, and financial performance across the organization.

Prior to Village Medical, Kristie held executive leadership roles at Centene and Magellan Health, leading enterprise-wide operational initiatives and large-scale quality improvement programs serving diverse patient populations nationwide.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an MBA, Kristie brings a unique combination of financial expertise and operational leadership to OneShare Health’s executive team.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kristie will oversee operational strategy and execution across the organization, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and enhancing the experience for Members and partners alike.
