While it does not provide sharing for routine visits like Primary Care or Preventive Services, it does offer sharing for larger eligible medical needs after your Individual Sharing Amount (ISA) is met.

• Specialist Visits: Eligible with a $75 Visit Fee (only in relation to Eligible Hospitalization or Surgery)

• Emergency Room: $500 Visit Fee (under $10,000); after that, subject to ISA

• Hospitalization, X-rays, Surgery: Eligible for sharing after ISA

• Lifetime Sharing Maximum: Up to $1,000,000
