How to Notify Your Provider That You're Part of the First Health® Network
When visiting an In Network facility or provider, present them with your Membership ID card, where First Health is printed in the top-right corner, and you’ll be good to go. If you know your provider is not currently part of the First Health Network, you can always nominate them to be contracted by First Health by using the link above, emailing the provider’s name, address, and phone number to our Member Support Team at MemberSupport@onesharehealth.com, or by calling (833) 546-4478.
Your Doctor's First Health Network Status
OneShare Health and First Health have partnered together to bring you access to the best possible care, but we are still separate entities. When visiting a provider for a health care need, it is your responsibility, as a OneShare Member, to ask if the provider accepts OneShare Health through First Health since it is First Health, not OneShare, whose providers and facilities are contracted and tending to your specific health care needs. If you do not mention that you are a part of this network to your provider, it is possible they will not accept OneShare Health.
If you have any additional questions or need help finding an In Network Provider with the First Health Network, OneShare Member Support is available by phone Monday through Friday, 8am — 6pm CST.
